Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

Acting freely, voluntarily and in their own interest, in accordance with Federal Law № 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data", in order to ensure compliance with laws and other regulatory legal acts; preparation, approval of conclusion, execution, termination and amendment of civil law contracts, contracts, agreements (including, which entered into force as a result of acceptance of the terms of the offer),

I give my consent to HUB SHIPPING LLC (17, bld. 1, Chistoprudny boulevard,101000, Moscow, Russia) (hereinafter also referred to as the "Operator") for the processing of the following personal data (hereinafter referred to as "Personal Data"):

• last name, first name, patronymic;
• date of birth
• registration address, phone number, e-mail address;
• the name and details (series and number, date of issue, name and code of the issuing authority) of the identity document of the person in the territory of the Russian Federation;
• information (account number, name and other bank details) about the bank account.

In this consent, the processing of personal data is understood to mean any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification) extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data. By personal data, I mean any information related directly or indirectly to me as a personal data subject, the provision of which is regulated by applicable law (art. 3 of Federal Law №152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data"). I understand that the Operator does not disclose my personal data to a third party without my written consent (except in cases where this is necessary to prevent a threat to my life and health, as well as in other cases provided for by law). I understand that the Operator transfers my personal data within the limits of HUB SHIPPING LLC.

I am informed that HUB SHIPPING LLC guarantees the processing of my personal data in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the personal data processing policy. Personal Data Processing Policy

This consent is valid for 5 years from the date of its issuance. I am informed that this consent may be withdrawn at any time upon my written application sent to HUB SHIPPING LLC by e-mail. marketing@hub-shipping.com 

If the consent is revoked, HUB SHIPPING LLC has the right to continue processing personal data without it, provided that there are grounds specified in paragraphs 2-11 of Part 1 of Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152—FZ "On Personal Data" dated 27.07.2006.
