The operator has developed local regulations on the processing and protection of personal data.
The persons who directly process personal data are familiar with the provisions of the legislation of the Russian Federation on personal data, including the requirements for personal data protection, documents defining the policy on personal data processing, and local acts on personal data processing. The operator limits and regulates the number of employees whose functional duties are required to work with confidential information.
The Operator has been assigned personal passwords for each workplace (specific employee).
The Operator has rationally placed the workplaces of employees, with this placement the uncontrolled use of protected information is excluded.
The Operator does not have the possibility of unauthorized persons entering or staying in the premises where personal data is being processed (personal data is kept in private access (cabinets with keys for storage, safes).
The Operator uses software and hardware tools that have passed the conformity assessment procedure in accordance with the established procedure.
However, no security measure or method of transferring data over the Internet is 100% secure. Although we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
